I'm not huge on this topic so sorry if I'm not much help.
2. front ARB off the GTi 180 should improve your handling a tad. It's 1mm thicker and gives just a little more stability ... |

It's always sensible to go to the garage for a bit of insurance on a job. That's something I don't think I'll ever learn  Instead I just moved right next to my work lol.

When AC is on, does it turn the fan on low speed?
Have you tried checking fuses?
Should be low speed when AC is on and high speed when it gets above 90
The relays have been known to break in ... |

The fan has 2 settings. Does it run on high? Usually when temps top 90/100 the fan will go on high.
Might be worth having a good search on the forum as well, seen lots of posts like this |

Is it pre plex or MUX? (If you don't know just give me the year please). Have you tried switching the red and yellow wires with the (usually bullet type) connectors? |

Usually it's the noise of the servos on the digital climate control. I've had it on both of my 03 regs buy my 56 didn't do it. It's perfectly normal on the 206 apparently so nothing to worry about the ... |
