Cigarette lighter light is out to along with the dash and heater bulbs the air con and demister lights Buttons when pressed do not ulitimate either fitted new radio yesterday and now nothing works

Just the dash lights the heater lights and the two switches that control brightness and headlamp height are also out so is the cigarette lighter one

Can anyone help me at all all the lights have gone out in my dash heater controls and air con and demister switches
