Sweet. Thanks mate. I've changed a drivers side shaft on my 1st GTI, with the extra support and 3 tiny bolts.
Shouldn't take long!

Other than the obvious driveshafts and bolts securing the gearbox to the engine, does the 206 require subframe removal to get the 'box out?
Looking to change the clutch next week (inc a new cable) ... |

Bizarre considering it's hardly ever used, my mate noticed the airbag panel has come away at the forward edge exposing what I assume is the bag itself!? Is this a job for an upholsterer or is there a ... |

I chased a similar fault for months on an mr2. Turned out to be the join from the manifold to cat converter, although there were no obvious signs of a leak!? To this day it still puzzles me but at lea ... |
