I know it doesn't run off MAF, as said in 1st post, how would I check as in injectors not MAP, all I am trying to resolve is the fast idle on its own.

onAlready checked, its never done like this before, it would normal start and sit at 1100rpm, before it all started.

Have a 206 1.6 8v on a V reg.

I have had his issue for a few weeks now and can not work out what this could be.

I can start the car from cold and it will sit at 1200rpm, but then it puts itself ...

I had this problem, i tried the above but it all came down to the wishbones, i had replaced both and it pulled to one side, but i changed them again, all fine. the rubber in the bones are to fault.
