Well got the problem sorted ended up replacing that top mount and the bottom arm....

i can see the bearing where thru the hole in the part the spring sits against as if its out of line

Twidly dose the seat just slide back and forth or can you still move the base by useing the lever under the seat??

Dose anyone know if there should be any plastic trim on the boot lip / around the boot latch as the what i presume is the alarm switch is all exposed and prone to being knocked
