Peugeots dont like NGK's. Another vote for bosch.

Also id be carefull buying anything online. Sparkplugs would be easy things to 'Fake', just like Osram nightbreaker bulbs.

I charge £280 for the gti's. Typically miles away though.

gtijames... correct. Sod paying £80 for a kit for the sake of one pin, rather pass on the benefits to customers. The locking pin for 180 ...

Does it sound any different than when you usually try to start it?

I'd be looking more specifically at a cambelt failure or a hole somewhere in the engine.

True, but you can pull 150bhp from an xud9te with about £100's worth of modding.

Hdi requires a good (expensive) map, paddle clutch (300+), fmic (400) and labour (250 ish). Oh and a decat also.

Ps, easy way to check wishbones is to try rotating the wheel (moving it forward and backwards, the way it usually goes) but with the handbrake on. See if it moves forward or back much more than a few ...

You wont be able to rebuild a knackered beam, once the rust sets in it eats the pins aswell. You need new pins, and they're a sod to do without propper press.

I wouldnt go close to the amp rating i'd go above it.

Bolts should be fine. As long as you've got at least 5 or 6 full turns into the hub. Disc will be about 8mm at most thick over the hub, leaving at least 7 threads on your bolts.

Yes, you can buy new roof skins. Just a matter of getting it fitted and painted which will cost the fortune.
