Its probably just the bulbs that Illuminate the unit that have blown and need replacing.

Check live data on EOBD reader like pp2000 see what all the temp sensors are reading.

The green arrow is the breather pipe they do get blocked and collapse.

The red arrow is a fuel line

Might of had a different size belt fitted for a reason. Maybe a Different size Alternator pulley or tensioner pulley. Just order the belt the same size as what you have taken off

It would be very unlikely for a Diff to cause that much drag/resistance to cause a pull but I have seen it in the past.

Thanks for that might be something to consider but might need more ducting to keep temp down.

Just looked on service box but cant find info on different types etc
