Clock could be related to the new stereo. When you fitted the stereo, did you fit a wiring harness? Or did you just use the plug that came with the aftermarket head unit?

That doesn't look like the Antennae to me, The plug should be round and look almost like a tv aerial plug. It's very possible that it was not connected to your stereo when the head unit was fitted. So ...
