Might sound silly but try resetting the ECU, always used to help on the older pugs and first thing i always tend to do.

Panel filter certainly seems the way to go on the 180.
The remap worked well on mine but others have varying results.

Who ended up making your custom rad? Does it have the inket/outlet in the same position but lower? Interested in one for mine and if someone already has template would save effort.

I just took plugs out and let oil drain in cylinder then turned it over a few times, lol |

Fan is linked to sensor on rad so will still come on. Sure it's not the sensor that playing up on the engine?

Coilpack? One issue i had, which caused problems starting, was that oil had leaked out the engine covers and gone down the spark plug holes. Once cleaned out was much better.

Sorry i meant when seat has gone forward to allow access to rear, as you push it back it travels to the rear of the sliders so you have to use the bar underneath to bring yourself forwards again.
