a drift and a hammer and tap them round.... cut a line in with a saw and turn it like a screw driver, or use a bolt extractor
cant remember where the ecu is on a 206 but this is what id be doing be ... |

the guide pin bolts wont be £40..that be a guide pin set.
the bolts will be cheaper. dont know if you can get them seperate. usually you get replacement bolts with the pads (sometimes anyway) |
