Check the fuse in the engine compartment fuse box, its fuse No7 - bottom right as you look in the fuse box its a 20 amp.
Mine had blown so checked the fan assembly by taking off the black upper gri ... |

Sorry to say this but I'm pretty certain its the head gasket!
I've just bought a 2.0 HDi that had the same problem, it was basically blowing the cooling system as quick as you could blow a tyre up ... |

Hi Guys,
I've recently bought a 206 2.0 HDi with a diagnosed head gasket failure, after stripping it all down I found that cylinder 2 is letting by in 2 water ways and basically inflating the cooli ... |
