Check the fuse in the engine compartment fuse box, its fuse No7 - bottom right as you look in the fuse box its a 20 amp.

Mine had blown so checked the fan assembly by taking off the black upper gri ...

Sorry to say this but I'm pretty certain its the head gasket!

I've just bought a 2.0 HDi that had the same problem, it was basically blowing the cooling system as quick as you could blow a tyre up ...

Hi Guys,

I've recently bought a 206 2.0 HDi with a diagnosed head gasket failure, after stripping it all down I found that cylinder 2 is letting by in 2 water ways and basically inflating the cooli ...
