Ok, i've done some digging. 206cc 2005 and later have this sensor. As does the Gti180. I'm still trying to find out whether standard Gti's have them fitted.

EBay is a mine field. The easiest way is to get the crash data removed. It's soooooo Easy and painless. And just £20.00 and you get your original part back.

I've sent a couple of Ecu's away to be reset. I cannot remember the name though. I found them via Ebay. I paid £20.00 and both times it has worked perfectly.

Cheers Tony and Drift. I think you're correct that they swapped over in 2003. Although there is Quicksilvers in 2003 with EYC silver. I'm thinking I should be safe with anything 2004 and over. |
