Eventually got my car home last week. turned out to be a wiring fault that has in total cost me around £700. |

The dealer has now finally, after 27 days, fixed a wiring fault that has stopped the misfiring. They have changed my coil pack and pressure sensor too which they claim were also intermittently faulty. ... |

Update, after I had to ring the garage, it turns out the ECU came back clear and they are currently reading a manual to think of the next step. Its been 20 days!! I havent been given a courtesy car or ... |

Yeah I authorised it, they said it was that or pay for a brand new one for 1100 so didn't really have an option... Hope they can repair it |

The dealership has sent my car to someone who can determine whether I need to repair or replace my ecu for a further charge of £84... |

Thanks for the help. Yeah they did say beforehand that the faults had come up and that it would be that price. How likely is it that changing the ecu will fix it? What if it doesn't, I don't think the ... |
