Hi Craig, I'm unsure about temp to make the fan kick in. What does your dashboard temp gauge show? If it's gone passed the halfway point it may be worth just replacing the coolant thermostat.

I had the same fault. The problem turned out to be a common one where the relays in front of the coolant radiator, and just to the side, corrode at their terminals. So bad that some of the wires wer ... |

I wish mine was as simple. As I can't find another pressure sensor/switch in the A/C circuit I can only think that the cause of the excess pressure in the low pressure line is a blockage of some sort ... |

I finally managed to change the resistor pack to the heater blower. Symptom was it would only work on full (No 4 setting). Car is manual air con type with separate resistor pack.

Trig, Before going for a servo change, check any associated vacuum hoses/pipes going to it. If rubber, they can perish, also metal ones can be damaged aswell. I cannot remember the exact configuration ... |
