Exhaust was welded up off of the car

Regardless of the starter issue when it was bump started it still won't run which is currently more of a problem for me

Are the revs dipping when you put the clutch in? Could be the idle control valve giving you issues, I had this on my gti6 take it off and clean it out and it should be alright
