Thanks for the reply, I thought about just taking the weight out, it then just looks like sprocket / cam 1, but someone said the weight is required for balance.

OMG, I did my timing belt yesterday on a Peugeot 206 GTI, (136BHP not the 180).
I brought a Gates timing belt kit which came with the full water pump with housing, way better quality than the plast ... |

Just so you guys are aware, I changed the servo today for the one from the 2001 GTI, its working fine although its a different part number and the hissing has gone, took approx 1 hour and thats only b ... |

Thermostat opens at around 89-90oC, low speed fan kicks in around 97oC which is just before the next marker up from 90 on the temp gauge, and the high speed fan kicks in just before the red which I ga ... |
