Thanks for the reply, I thought about just taking the weight out, it then just looks like sprocket / cam 1, but someone said the weight is required for balance.

OMG, I did my timing belt yesterday on a Peugeot 206 GTI, (136BHP not the 180).

I brought a Gates timing belt kit which came with the full water pump with housing, way better quality than the plast ...
