My 2005 Peugeot 206 HDi 2.0 Sport has got an issue with the slip ring on the COMM2000 unit, and I'm in need of some advice.

The battery is fine, and no there's no rapid ticking sound, like you turn the key and it makes the kind of normal turning over sound, but doesn't start... |
