Re: leaving the keys in the ignition. A friend was driving that day, I was filling up with another key, he was listening to the radio, and yes, you don't need the keys in order for the radio to work.

I reset the BSI 3 times today, it had no effect.
Tomorrow morning I'll fill up the tank to the brim and see what happens...

Yesterday I put £20 of unleaded in my 1.4 2002 206, if it makes any difference, a key was left in the car on the 1st/2nd notch and the radio was on low. I used the second key to fill her up ... |

Had three trips out in the car today, about 20 minutes a piece, temp rose to just under 90 and that was it!
Weird. Must be the air in the system then? Just wondering if it will happen again... |

Well I didn't touch the engine directly and it was in the middle of rush hour, so couldn't hear anything etc... but it was very hot, I wouldn't say noticeably hotter than any other day; though I neve ... |

I was thinking air lock. The mechanic did the change very quick...
Would it be a one off if its an air issue? or would I need to redo it?

Installed it today! I was impressed at the speedy delivery, though puzzled as to why they sent it in such a huge box! Must of cost them on p+p!
