Rebuilt the system with a brand new MC, de-aired properly thanks to the post above, which gave decent braking. Took it to a mechanic friend's garage who removed the trapped air with some eq ... |

You are of course correct, but my front springs are adjustable coilovers, the set height of which I do not know.
