It's pretty easy actually... but only if you have the correct partnumbers...
I did a swap last year on my imported preplexed 206...Changed steering wheel- and passenger airbag, safetybelt pretensio ... |

Because of the absent sound of the fuelpump I'd check the fusebox first...
