I had my 1.6hdi gti for over 4 years now and not had 1 problem!
I perform oil and filter changes every 6.5k!
Never skipped a beat!
One of the best cars Ive ever owned. |

I would lower it - but the ride is that harsh already plus the state of the roads round these sides is a joke! |

The parts that have been resprayed are the bonnet (flushed) & ecosse grill - I think the light might be tricking the eye because in the flesh i cant notice any real differences  |

could be a possible flywheel problem, i dont know if the 180 have a dual mass tho. |

Seem to have a bizzare issue - My passenger front seatbelt seems to aquired a weird fault in that its damp going on wet.
I can only put it down to our heavy rain we have experinced lately b ... |

I had this problem on my 1.6HDi last week - Turns out it was the EGR Sensor/Valve - Removed > Cleaned off all the crap > rebuilt > problem has now gone away, so maybe worth a check. |
