Yea mines 2002 Multi-plex and i believe that maybe the difference and why im finding conflicting information.
I just dont want to risk damaging the bsi i've always wired straight to the backlights ... |

Well i've finally got this problem sorted. It was a broken clip that secures the lock rod from the exterior to the lock unit which allowed the rod to fall out. New clip is now on order so will fit as ... |
