The exact same thing happens with my 206 (1.4, 2003) and also when it's very cold. I'll be reversing down the drive, usually my foot completely down on the clutch and just braking slightly and it just ... |

Thanks, it was halfords that fitted it. They knew the problem but didn't think anything of it, although to be honest I didn't really make a fuss about that at the time. |
