Yeah, we're pretty sure its the right size. And we did try the chamfer route. We've started to take the mount off now, we've taken four bolts off, can't see any more and the thing doesn't seem to want ... |

We've been trying for quite a while to tap it but have had no luck. Was there a special technique you used or is it just perseverance? |

Apologies, I should clarify, the main frame part is still on the car so we are trying to find solutions whereby we don't have to remove it from the car. |

Does any one have any advice for how to re insert the circular part of this engine mount back into the main frame?
