Despite the noise, still seems to do well for the amount of usage it's had.

To be honest, there are a number of factors which can be at play with Cat failure. It really depends on whether the engine is running well as you can end up clogging the Cat with oil (if it burns any ... |

I'm also reasonably sure I have a worn engine mount as the engine kicks back an awful lot, so that probably doesn't help.
Not a clue which one is worn but I'd assume its the belt side upp ... |
