Have you managed to find the culprit yet?
I have an similar fault. If i accelerate and back off in a sraight line I get a knock and the steering twitches to the right!

Have cleaned throttle body, and also had battery disconnected to see if this might reset the parameter but no such luck.
I'll try an ICV/TB combo and see what happens.

Its a replacement bush that will require a press to fit, but I ideally require a spare metal bracket/mounting for a few quid so I can fit bush to this mounting whilst at work. Come weekend I'll remove ...
