It should be an automatic tensioner.
You should be able to just crank it back with a wrench or a small breaker bar and then the belt should just slide off.

Hi,
I was wandering how long roughly it will take to fit the front coilovers and the rear shocks. I'm not fussed about adjusting the torsion bar at the moment, just fitting the kit.
