If your fan is cutting in and out like it should, Your heaters blow hot air and your car isnt getting too hot im sure its fine.

Not sure about wheels but you need discs from a GTi 180 there 283mm I think that gti6 ones are the same but not 100%. You can use xsara v6 discs which are 288mm and should stop the squeling but they m ...

Spray it with WD40 and work the arm that the spring is connected to back and fowerd with a pair of grips until its free.
