Hey, see if there's any fumes at all coming our from underneath the car before the tail pipe?

It could even be rubbing on a mount or something..

Yeah im not too hot on electrics and wiring but the standard loom was ok after testing with a multimeter, so i bought a new ISO adapter along with a new pioneer to ISO harness and fitted those with go ...

Very relieved to say all ok now. Bought a car to ISO adapter and an ISO to pioneer adapter and it turned straight on!

Thanks for the replies guys; borrowing a multimeter tonight to check the light blue and white cables for 12v so ill update here once done..
