Nothing will fail if the car is off. There might not be, but as it's simple enough to check you might as well start there.

Have you tried the fuses under the steering wheel column could be one of those?

Just had a search i think there ET18 so youll need some 5mm spacers to be safe.

Speedline isn't the brand its just the model of wheel like Nimrods. They have been fitted to 206's before but im unsure of the offset have a search im sure it'll come up.

Mine stays on most the year, it clears all the humidity in the car.
