just to answer this old question its a different windscreen altogether the new type censor is the same as the one they use on bmw`s Smile (i work for national windscreens)

if i remember right put key to ignition lights dont start car and hold the auto button on the end of the salk for a few sconds and it will pop up in the display

how do you disable the take me home ...

yea i tried that as soon as i put the cap back on and give it revs temp gauge goes up again

its recently had a new cambelt water pump and a heater control valve, after fitting the hcv today the heaters were blowing hot air

but half a mile down the road the temp gauge went into the red, ...

basicly my girlfriend has a 2000 ford puma 1.7 we have just had a new water pump fitted once fitted heaters work fine now the car has sat over night there is no hot air comming from the heaters
