I think I cracked it - both the central locking, pulling to the left and squeek from the back right wheel.
Now bear with me as this is wierd - I swapped the front and back wheels - this solved the pu ... |

The emissions failed on the points below:
Fast Idle Test:
CO (<=0.300%) Failed @ 0.546%
lamba (0.970-1.030) Failed @ 1.049 |

Hi guys, my girlfriends car failed its MOT today on emissions! 
I'm guessing this is down to a faulty Cat as it sounded like it was breaking up (rattling a lot) over christmas so its not too m ... |

Yeah your right unplugging the mechs doesnt work - realised after disconnecting 4 doors and the boot. now its too dark to go any further tonight. how would i know which solonoid has gone? |

I tried to sort the central locking today - looked at other posting and people suggested the solonoid. Locked the car to see if any of the locks didn't move. all went down and then bounced up so tho ... |

Thanks for the quick reponses.
The guys checked the alignment with a laser and showed me it was within tollerance? I checked the tyre pressure all ok on all 4.
I'll checked the drums/handbrake ... |

Yeah all the doors are closed, previously i have gone round and slammed all the doors and sometimes this worked and sometimes not. Can I isolate this to see if it is a particular door/lock??

Its only makes a noise when idling, when I accellerate its ok. The sould is coming from under the car in the middle between the front seats and engine - so that sounds to me like it would be the cat, ... |

Ah thats not good. Any ideas what it could be. Sounds like it could be coming from the CAT or exhaust manifold. |
