if it sounds like a tracktor it might be your coil pack??? very easy to sort out yourself. |

Im wondering now after research... might it be a cable adjustment and oil change!!! there is no whine when i drive! has anyone had this problem and fixed it via a cable adjustment??? |

so all of this sounds like the box is on the way out.... i am looking on flea bay and they are a tidy 150 quid which isnt too cheap from cars that have covered the same milage i have done..... does th ... |

ahh, i thought the ratios would be different after i hit publish... i will stick with a 180 box if i need one i think....
thing is the car has only covered 70k and i havent really abused it.

ps. the exhaust is stainless system, i had it custom made in 2008 and has been ok but i have had trouble now with the light being on for about 4 months. it passed the MOT so i think the oxygen sensors ... |

in the end i had the pump changed, had to make sure the part number matched. got one ... |

cheers guys, the problem is the abs and esp lights are on, i first thought maybe it was the pads or discs every now and again i would loose my breaks completely.... the pedal would just hit the floor ... |
