my wife had same problem a while back...turned out to be Throttle response Sensor....£125 for part £125 to fit....+VAT |

Oouccchhh!! Thanks for the tip. I hope its not that bad. Engine sounds fine just the cutting out is the problem at moment. |

Sorry I have not replied for so long but problem went away and never happened again until just recently. Thought it might have been trapped air in fuel line that had worked its way out.

My wife was driving the car 206 1.4 HDI and as she approached the traffic lights she lost acceleration. She pulled over and the engine was running but when she pressed the accelerator nothing happene ... |
