Did you actually take the idle valve out of the throttle housing? |

Read that wrong should have said no less than 3 litres of coolant and fill the rest up with water they average around 6 litres |

Some have 2 fixing points for the mounting bracket and some have 3 fixing points so you need to check what yours is |

Might be worthwhile trying to clean the egr out with something like brake cleaner first to get all the carbon out to see if it will get it operating right again first |
