Read that wrong should have said no less than 3 litres of coolant and fill the rest up with water they average around 6 litres

map sensor sits in the inlet manifold under the throttle and the idle control valve site in the throttle housing at the top

Some have 2 fixing points for the mounting bracket and some have 3 fixing points so you need to check what yours is

Might be worthwhile trying to clean the egr out with something like brake cleaner first to get all the carbon out to see if it will get it operating right again first
