the airbag light does pop up form time to time , i think as you say davek , its probably just one of the cars little quirks,
it's getting to the point where it neeeds a new battery anyway so thats ... |

Hmm , well if it was a crap battery surely it would have started with my dads HUGE batery ( that was only put in his car about a month ago )

well i had the battery tested about 2 weeks ago and its okay.
thing is , when i tried to start it on my battery , it turned over okay , eventualy flattened the battery.
i.e the starter moter j ... |

check the O rings , there fine =/ its just getting to the point where its a joke ,
the old man recons it might be a starter motor fault =/
it flattend the battery trying to start it yesterday ... |

Right , Tried turning the key 3 times before starting , waiting for 1, the glow plug light , and then the glowplug relay click , that didnt work.

pedro_keil : I had a feeling there had to be something other than the glow plugs , im going to check that out.
and at £16 to fix i hope thats the cause !
