I now have the car back, they showed me the housing and it was cracked, at some point it had been taken off, glued and replaced instead of just being removed an ... |

They are a local garage, I went in every few days to be told it should be on the ramp tomorrow , or there is a breakdown in. I'm not a fan of confrontation, but tomorrow will be different, I'm p**sed ... |

What they are saying is that the housing that the water pump bolts to was cracked when I have it them and that it had been glued to stop it leaking, then when they changed the pump and bolted it back ... |

To confirm; they did the cambelt AND water pump, they are claiming that the houseing was glued together which cracked when they out the new pump on, and now want to charge me again to strip it back an ... |

Mine is in having the Cambelt done, gearbox mount was split when they removed it, think the guy said it was £8 for the mount , and as LeeThr said, quick to do provided that it hasn't got any other is ... |
