Fixed - Used the 15mm socket from below - My son fitted the belt from above.

New to the forum !
My trusty 206 1.4HDI needs a new drive belt (old one broke)

I have got a new one, almost fitted it but can not see how to adjust the tensioner pulley to finally fi ...
