Problem Solved - Bypassed the auto gearbox heat exchanger, ran it up and instant heat. Will run it for a bit to make sure its ok then I will fit a new one. Thanks for input

Hi, fitted new water pump today and no difference. Back to square one !!
Gonna look at the automatic gearbox heat exchanger tomorrow as its piped into the cooling system. Beginning to run out of idea ... |

Hi yes was OEM thermostat, i boiled the one i took out and that was was working ok!!.
My thoughts are like yours now, gonna get a water pump and cam belt kit and replace it at the weekend.
