Update 2: I got the car to 90 degrees on the gauge and noticed the radiator fan came on, which is good. I let the car idle after a 4 mile drive plus the weather was really warm. Hopefully no issues.

Im not sure but I should be able to find out. Im currently averaging 41-42 MPG (using an app to log mileage/litres of fuel).

Sound ballpark for a 2001 1.4 206 95,000miles ?

Hi all my 1.4 petrol 206 rarely ever hits 90degrees. Driving today 11 miles (half traffic, half 70mph) my temp only peaked at just over 80.

Is this typical?
