normally you have a couple of pins that slide into it to remove it easier

duno my coil pack has gone before and i just lost like engine response and was only firing on 3 but no loud noise

do u know exactly where the noise is coming from?

lol i remember those i had those on my push bike and they hit the spokes as you went round lol good days good days yer could be the gearbox if it does it in neutral but also could be anything it loud ...

yer have done that, thats quite an easy quite cheap mod looks good as-well and its always the simplest things that stand out the most Very Happy

yer after a while depends how much dirt has gone into it, mine did that and it was crap in my fuel pump and needed a new coil pack hope this helps mate was a while ago now best best is get i checked o ...
