well good news it seems, after 40 mile motorway stretches to and from uni the noise has totally gone! the car isnt in for its service/cambelt change till saturday, at which point it will be looked at ... |

yeah i've decided not to drive it now until it is done. thankfully im not at work/uni till next week by which time this "should" be done. is it usual for thi to happen at only 60,000? i bought the car ... |

yeah my neighbour is ace with cars. this is my second 206, the earlier one was a 1.1 petrol and everything that could go did on that car. i had the headgasket done for £200. the only other clue i had ... |
