Dont think so as the issue was still there with the original master cylinder - a bit shotgun approach to fixing it but im going to bleed ... |

Discs and pads were done two/three weeks ago and they were fine - more recently noticed the pedal was going long - we changed the pads to green stuff and bled them the first time - then it got worse. ... |

And obviously checked for leaks and topped up etc after bleeding the system
No leaks anywhere |

Ok - I have had fun and games with my GTI 138 - now I have a spongy pedal that with a little force will go to the floor - it stops the car but in an emergency?????
