PF could be Pollen Filter rather than Power Fluid.

4 ft long 3/4 breaker bar and 5:1 torque multiplier. Easy provided nothing else breaks first. Very little feel with that monster but SOMETHING always moves.

Using that much oil is staggering and it should be showing either plug fouling, oil in water or a VERY black exhaust. That oil must go somewhere.

If the oil isn't leaking and it isn't in the water ...

Swapping the parts should be relatively cheap. Your family friend mechanic should be able to do this easily especially as I am fairly certain that the 206 wings are bolted on so don't even need a weld ...

It could be a sticking thermostat. The rad and pipes will be cool and the engine hot if the stat intermittently sticks closed.
