the starter motor is turning yes ............ just cleared codes on it ...still no EML light still not starting

when i turn key to ignition pos 3 ... the 3 red lights come on the right hand side of dash... handbrake ...oil...battery light.....then the orange abs warn light illuminates the glow plug light is o ...

hi after changing aux belt on my 206 car would not start ..battery went flat there is now NO EML showing at all ever ....it is a non preplexed model so dont know how this has occured any one in coven ...
