Thanks mtempsch, Yeah I know about solonoids, but as it's a nearly new unit (a year old and unlikely, but not impossible to be sticking) I thought I'd start with relays, because access to the starter ... |

Try looking at the rear wheel hub locating arms that run from the centre of the car out to the rear hubs at the end of the trailing arms, there's a bush at each end and when they wear they clonk a bit ... |
