This is a 1.9 non turbo diesel..
The fuel shut off solenoid on the fuel pump, I checked that, it does open and close, so that's not the problem. I think it's either the low pressure pump in the tank ...

Its a relatively new filter.. 3 months... But I checked it by blowing into it, and the diesel in the filter fizzed... So, I ruled that out.... But thanks for getting back to me...

1.5 bounce... as in you knjow when you test the shocks.. bounce the car and it goes up, down and up again... lol
