Update FIXED !!
It was a burnt connector. The blue connector for the red and black wires going to motor is to the left of the drivers fuse box.The red and black wires connect to a green and yello ...

Ok.. update
I now realise the earth goes to the speed controller before the motor and is at a speed regulating resistance. The earth to the speed controller is fine so my issue is the power supply ...
