i had exactly this problem myself so i understand where you are coming from. it was even worse on uneven country roads and quite scarey tbh.
what solved it for me was 2 new tyres , 2 wishbones , 2 ... |

... well, turned out it was a knackered driveshaft seal.
they replaced it with a new one , refilled with fresh oil and even put a new cv boot gaiter on as the other was looking "tired".
all done ... |

... well, took it in this morning and all they did was blast an airline around it and told me to give it a few days
... needless to say, 1 hour in the driveway and theres another puddle of oil ... |

after having 2 new wishbones and 2 new droplinks fitted ( not to mention 2 new tyres , balanced and tracked ) , imagine how p**s*d i was to find oil leaking from the nearside driveshaft.

should have a part number on the back , and you will also see if they are 1 or 2 plug.
.. just pull the cowling towards you, then its one torx screw to remove.
theres also a code just under the sp ... |
