if so how as i cant get to the top flange as hands are to big !

Hi all
an update on the flat spot still not running right so i thought I would look in to how it works . I know it does not have EGR valve but the intake air system runs to a small valve on the righ ... |

Update on flat spot been running the car on various trips long and short and flat spot has gone for good
(will come back tomorrow now I have said this)
So it seems my little fix/tweak has worked for ... |
